# Control panel and cabinet wiring, quoted in 24 hours.

Wiring fitted into the enclosure, to your layout and your schematic: DIN rail, duct, terminal blocks, marked wire and documented torque. Send an EPLAN export or a set of drawings and a fixed price comes back.

### Quote a control panel build in 24 hours.
An EPLAN or Zuken export, a schematic with a layout drawing, or photographs of the panel you are repeating. Tell us who supplies the enclosure and the components and the rest can follow.

### Every layout, termination and record we can quote for a panel.
Capabilities across our partner network for cabinet work. Your project is matched to a manufacturer already building panels to the standards your schematic names.

### Assembly
- DIN rail layout and component mounting to your arrangement drawing
- Wiring duct cut, fitted and filled to a stated fill ratio
- Terminal blocks, jumpers, end stops and marker carriers fitted
- Ferruled wire ends crimped to the standard your schematic names, 0.25–35 mm²
- Wire marking and labelling to your schematic's wire numbers
- Torque-controlled fastening on terminals, studs and bar joints
- Door wiring, hinge loops, glands and cable entries

### Components
- Phoenix Contact, Weidmüller, Wago, Rittal and Schneider families
- Enclosures free-issued by you, or sourced to your part number
- H05V-K / H07V-K panel wire, halogen-free where specified
- Duct, DIN rail, end covers, markers and marker carriers
- Obsolescence checks and drop-in alternates at quote time

### Test & documentation
- 100% continuity testing against your schematic, wire number by wire number
- Torque documentation where the drawing specifies it
- Insulation resistance and dielectric withstand where specified
- As-built drawing mark-ups where your order calls for them
- Lot traceability on wire, terminals and marked components
- First-article inspection reports and certificates on request

IPC/WHMA-A-620 is the industry standard for cable and wire harness assemblies. Certificates for your assigned manufacturer are available on request.

Panel standards and approval marks are held by individual manufacturers rather than by the network as a whole. Name the one your panel is built to on the enquiry and we confirm at quote time who can meet it.

### FAQ

**Do you supply the enclosure and the components, or do I?**

Either. Free-issue the enclosure and the parts and we quote the build alone; or give us the part numbers and they are sourced and priced in with it. Say which on the enquiry, because it is the largest single variable in the price.

**What do you need to quote a panel?**

A schematic and a layout drawing, or an EPLAN or Zuken E3 export that carries both. Where a panel is being repeated, photographs of the original with the terminal strips legible get us a long way.

**Is the wiring tested before it ships?**

Continuity is checked against the schematic, wire number by wire number. Insulation resistance, dielectric withstand and workmanship inspection to a named class are added where your order specifies them.

**Do you record tightening torque?**

Where the drawing specifies it, yes — terminals, studs and bar joints are fastened with controlled torque and the records come with the panel.

**Which panel standard can you build to?**

Name it on the enquiry. Panel standards and approval marks are held by individual manufacturers, not by the network as a whole, so we confirm at quote time which partner can build to the one your project needs.

**Can you build one panel, or do you need a series?**

One is fine. Single panels, repeat builds and series are quoted through the same intake, and there is no minimum.

A panel is wiring inside an enclosure. The loose assemblies that plug into it have pages of their own.
