# HV and battery cable assemblies, quoted in 24 hours.

Heavy-gauge lug work, orange HV jacketing and touch-safe terminations — plus the BMS looms and module interconnects that go beside them. Send a drawing or a pack layout and a fixed price comes back.

### Quote an HV or battery assembly in 24 hours.
A drawing, a pack layout, or a photo of the interconnect you are replacing. Give us cross-section, lug size and hole centres and the rest can follow.

### Every gauge, termination and test we can quote for high voltage.
Capabilities across our partner network for heavy-gauge and battery work. Your project is matched to a manufacturer already equipped for the cross-section it needs.

### Assembly
- Heavy-gauge lug crimping with hexagonal and indent dies, to the cross-section your drawing calls for
- Ring, tube and compression lugs sized to your hole centres and bolt
- Orange HV jacketing, conduit and abrasion protection over the run
- Touch-safe terminations, insulating boots and shrouded lug covers
- Battery-module interconnects and BMS sense-lead looms
- Shielded HV cable with 360° screen termination at the gland

### Components
- Single-core HV cable in the flexible classes and cross-sections your drawing names
- Orange-jacketed cable to the grade your drawing names
- Copper and tin-plated ring, tube and compression lugs
- HVIL interlock components fitted on request
- Obsolescence checks and drop-in alternates at quote time

### Test & documentation
- 100% continuity testing against your net list
- Crimp height measurement and pull-force sampling per IPC/WHMA-A-620 class
- Insulation resistance and dielectric withstand where specified
- Torque records on bolted terminations where the drawing calls for them
- Lot traceability on cable, lugs and insulation parts
- First-article inspection reports and certificates on request

IPC/WHMA-A-620 is the industry standard for cable and wire harness assemblies. Certificates for your assigned manufacturer are available on request.

### Busbars, quoted beside the cable.
A pack interconnect is rarely only cable. Both sides of it can sit on one order.

- **Busbar assemblies** — Copper bar cut, punched, formed and insulated to your layout, with the hole pattern and the insulation the pack drawing calls for. Quoted alongside the cable work so one order covers both halves of the interconnect.

### FAQ

**What cross-sections can you crimp?**

Heavy gauge through to the cross-sections used in pack and inverter interconnects. Rather than publish a ceiling that would be wrong for some partners and conservative for others, we confirm your cross-section against the network at quote time — send the drawing and you get a straight answer with the price.

**Can you supply HVIL components?**

On request. Interlock connectors and the sense loop through them are fitted where your drawing specifies them. They are not part of a standard build, so name them on the enquiry and they are priced in.

**Do assemblies arrive with touch protection fitted?**

Where the drawing asks for it, yes — insulating boots, shrouded lug covers and heat-shrink over the termination are fitted in production, not sent loose.

**Can you build the BMS loom as well as the power cable?**

Yes, and it is usually worth quoting them together: the sense leads have to land on the same terminations as the power lugs, and one drawing package for both avoids a mismatch at assembly.

**How is the termination verified?**

Crimp height is measured and pull-force sampled to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 class your order names, and both records are available with it. Insulation resistance and dielectric withstand are added where specified.

**Do you handle the busbars too?**

Yes. Copper bar cut, punched, formed and insulated to your layout goes through the same intake, so the cable and the bar can arrive on one order.

Power is only half of most packs. The signal looms, flat-cable runs and coaxial assemblies around them are quoted on the pages below.
