# RF and coaxial cable assemblies, quoted in 24 hours.

Connector series, cable type, impedance and overall length — built to the drawing, with the braid termination and shield preparation the assembly needs. One counterparty for quote, quality and delivery.

### Quote an RF or coaxial assembly in 24 hours.
Connector series at each end, cable type or an equivalent, impedance and overall length. A part number off the assembly you are replacing is enough to start.

### Every connector series, cable type and termination we can quote.
Capabilities across our partner network for coaxial work. What is quoted here is the build: assemblies made to the drawing you supply.

### Assembly
- Braid termination and shield preparation to the connector's own method
- Crimp, clamp and solder attachment as the connector series requires
- Semi-rigid and conformable cable formed to the bend radius on your drawing
- Backshells, boots, heat-shrink strain relief and moulded transitions
- Right-angle, bulkhead and panel-mount terminations
- Labelling, length marking and colour-coded boots to your scheme

### Components
- SMA, BNC, TNC, N, MCX and MMCX connector series
- 50 Ω and 75 Ω cable, solid and stranded centre conductors
- RG-series cable and low-loss equivalents in the gauge on your drawing
- Single, double and triple-braid screening, with foil where specified
- Obsolescence checks and drop-in alternates at quote time

### Test & documentation
- 100% continuity and centre-to-screen isolation against your drawing
- Connector retention and cable pull-force sampling per IPC/WHMA-A-620 class
- Insulation resistance and dielectric withstand where specified
- Lot traceability on cable, connectors and backshells
- First-article inspection reports and certificates on request

IPC/WHMA-A-620 is the industry standard for cable and wire harness assemblies. Certificates for your assigned manufacturer are available on request.

What is quoted here is the build. If your assembly has to be verified against a stated electrical performance figure before it ships, say so on the enquiry and we will come back on whether it can be arranged.

### FAQ

**Which connector series do you build?**

SMA, BNC, TNC, N, MCX and MMCX are everyday work. Anything else is a question of availability rather than capability — send the series and the cable type with the enquiry and we confirm at quote time.

**Is electrical performance verified before shipping?**

Not as standard. The assembly is built to your drawing and checked for continuity, centre-to-screen isolation and workmanship. If a stated performance figure has to be confirmed before the parts ship, tell us at enquiry and we will come back on whether it can be arranged.

**50 or 75 ohm — do I have to specify?**

Yes, and it is the single most common thing missing from an RF enquiry. The connector series does not settle it on its own: BNC exists in both. Give the impedance and the cable type, or the part number of what you are replacing.

**Can you terminate semi-rigid or conformable cable?**

Yes, including forming to the bend radius on your drawing. Semi-rigid work needs the form dimensioned, so send a drawing where you have one — a photograph will not carry it.

**What do you need on the drawing?**

Connector series and gender at each end, cable type or an equivalent, impedance, overall length and where it is measured from, and any backshell or boot. Anything missing, we ask.

**Can you build short runs and one-offs?**

Yes. There is no minimum on an order or on a quote — single assemblies and small matched sets are normal work here.

Coaxial is one of several constructions we quote. If the drawing on your desk branches, runs flat, or carries real current, start on one of these instead.
